Requirements

1. Age. Contestants must be between 13-19 years old..
2. Length. Videos must be 2 minutes 47 seconds or less
3. Registration. Contestants must create a personal account to participate.

Submission

1. Early Submission are currently open.
2. Deadline. Submissions are due Monday, March 1 , 2010 at 11:59 PM.

    

Video guidelines

1. Relevance. Entries should reflect the core philosophy of the project—the importance of living a life that’s good for you all day, every day. It’s about making good choices and embracing positive values in order to lead a healthy, fulfilling life.
• Film what you know: personal life, school, community, the world, whatever.
• Skip the partisan politics.
• Have an opinion. Back it up with facts.
• Criticism is fine, but MyLife 24-7is more about solutions than problems.
• Don’t hate, create! Posts with inappropriate language will be disqualified.
2. Good Quality Matters. Sound, editing, and visuals do matter!
3. Originality. Your video should be your voice.
4. Follow Instructions. Essentially, you’re giving us a preview of what you’d be like as a MyLife 24-7 featured artist. The ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines is crucial.
